Job Summary B&A is seeking an Investigative Analyst to support a federal government client in Northern Virginia. This is a full-time, on-site position. If you are interested and meet the qualifications below, we encourage you to apply for this exciting and impactful opportunity.

* Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years

* Salary Range: $140,000 – $220,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

* On-site in Northern Virginia
Responsibilities
* Conducts research and analysis to identify, assess, and document investigative leads related to personnel security, counterintelligence, cybersecurity, and insider threat matters.

* Applies critical thinking and sound judgment to develop findings and actionable recommendations.

* Produces well-written, concise, and accurate reports and communicates results to all levels of management in formats tailored to stakeholder needs.

* Manages cases and competing priorities in fast-paced, technology-driven environments while working effectively both independently and within teams.

* Demonstrates personal integrity, professionalism, and leadership that supports collaboration and respectful consensus building.

Education and Experience
* Entry Level: 0-2 years of specialized experience

* Journeyman: 2-4 years of specialized experience

* Full Performance: 4-6 years of specialized experience

* Senior Level: 6-8 years of specialized experience

* Subject Matter Expert (SME): 8-12 years of specialized experience
Desired Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.

* Relevant certifications in programming and development, cloud and infrastructure, architecture and design, or other related networking, cybersecurity, or technology disciplines.
Security Clearance
* Active TS/SCI with an FS Poly adjudicated within the last five (5) years
