Roofing Mechanic

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Roofing Repair Mechanic to join our dedicated service team. This role focuses on diagnosing and performing roof repairs on commercial properties, ensuring long-lasting, high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair various commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal, etc.).

• Conduct detailed roof inspections to assess damage, leaks, or system failures.

• Identify the root cause of roof issues and propose effective repair strategies.

• Clearly communicate findings and repair plans to customers and team members.

• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job site conditions.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely, quality job completion.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of commercial roofing repair experience required.

• Strong knowledge of common roofing systems, repair methods, and stilled with roofing tools

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field.

• Clear communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Able to lift heavy materials and work safely at heights.
