As a Traveling Drywall & Paint Repair Technician, you will play a vital role in restoring repiped units to a clean, polished finish across various Sage Water projects nationwide. You’ll travel as part of one of our regional divisions – East Coast, West Coast, or Southwest – to support projects with high quality workmanship and professionalism.

The Traveling Drywall & Paint Repair Technician role requires the demonstrated ability to work carefully, communicate effectively, follow safety protocols, and maintain a professional appearance. This role is intended to be a full‑time hourly position, based in one of our regional divisions at the job site, reports to the Project Lead, and works closely with the rest of the onsite team.

• Hang, tape, patch, and finish drywall in occupied apartments and condominiums
• Perform paint repairs and blending to match surrounding finishes
• Install and remove dust and debris protection daily
• Reset vanities, cabinets, and light fixtures as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful work environment in residents’ homes
• Communicate clearly with project leads, teammates, and residents
• Follow safety protocols and company quality standards
• Maintain productive relationships with co‑workers, clients, and subcontractors, and vendors

• Proven experience in drywall hanging, taping, patching, and painting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a collaborative team
• Clean, professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude
• Must provide your own basic hand tools
• Must be 18+ years old, authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Willingness to travel as needed to different project locations

Salary Range: $25 - $35 per hour based upon experience and qualifications
