Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair centrifugal, air‑cooled, and water‑cooled chillers, including components like motors and compressors.
• Conduct preventive maintenance such as coil cleaning, filter changes, oil analysis, and refrigerant level checks.
• Optimize systems by calibrating, testing, and balancing for energy efficiency and performance.
• Support clients by providing status updates and maintenance recommendations to facility managers.
• Ensure safety and compliance with environmental and OSHA regulations for refrigerant handling.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC service, focusing on chiller systems.
• Must possess EPA Universal Certification; state‑specific journeyman licensing is a plus.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Ability to work safely at heights, in confined spaces, and lift objects weighing 75 pounds or more.

This full‑time position comes with the flexibility of frequent on‑call rotations for emergency service. You'll work in varied environments, including hospitals, data centers, and commercial buildings, while operating sophisticated equipment like centrifugal, screw, scroll chillers, and more.
