Michael and Son Services, Inc. is a family‑owned, multi‑state business offering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and restoration services. We seek experienced HVAC Installer Technicians to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems.

• Perform all repairs and maintenance of all heating/cooling and ventilating components common to residential operations.
• Maintain record‑keeping requirements and written reports as part of a daily routine.
• Troubleshoot and problem‑solve repairs.
• Repair, replace and adjust residential operating systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on residential HVAC equipment and systems.

• 3+ years of experience preferred.
• CFC/EPA certification of Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and good standing record.
• Ability to operate power tools safely.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with the public.
• High level of motivation and strong work ethic.
• Must pass a drug screen/criminal background check.
