Goodwin Living in Alexandria, VA is seeking a maintenance technician to perform general building and equipment repair work, with preventative maintenance on all equipment inside and outside the facility.
Shift is Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm with potential weekend/on-call hours; pay is $27.00/hr requires 3 years of maintenance experience in commercial kitchens and in plumbing/electrical/HVAC, plus a valid driver’s license and independent problem-solving.
