Housing Alexandria is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve the multi-family property's physical integrity and safety. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to resident requests, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely repairs under HALX standards.
The role requires HVAC certification, strong plumbing and carpentry skills, a valid driver's license, and excellent communication. You will report to the Community Manager and help maintain a clean, safe living environment.
