Maintenance Technician

Daily operations of the Maintenance Technician to include service calls, preventive maintenance visits, and install projects that involve any work done in our stores.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• General computer experience and knowledge (DOS/Windows, cabling, network).
• Ability to drive to various locations as needed.
• Willingness to respond to on‑call critical system issues during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Work cooperatively with supervisors and co‑workers.
• Understand and follow complex oral and written instructions.
• Perform responsibilities without the need for close supervision.
• Communicate effectively with others.
• Maintain a generally positive attitude.
• Meet attendance standards for essential job functions.
• Support the Flynn Restaurant Group philosophy and mission.
• Comply with company policies.
• Travel to perform servicing, repairing, and maintaining all equipment in store locations.
• Test computers, peripherals, hardware, and software to ensure 100% functionality.
• Act as a technical resource to assist users with resolving computer issues.
• Lifting capacity of 55 pounds regularly.
• Work independently or with supervision.
• Maintain a fast pace while ensuring excellence in repair and cleanliness.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

• Requires prolonged sitting and occasional driving.
• Requires stooping, bending, standing, walking, and reaching.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of moderate weight up to 55 pounds.
• Requires close vision, depth perception, and distance vision.
• Requires good hearing and speaking abilities.
