Job Summary

Full‑time Community Liaison for the Alexandria, VA area. Responsible for engaging the community and promoting Housecall services, building relationships with health agencies, and generating patient referrals.

• Analyze potential service areas to identify target markets.
• Visit doctors’ offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities and other referral sources to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Evaluate the company’s strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data and develop sales/marketing objectives.
• Create a marketing plan with priorities and realistic timetable, and implement it within the established timeline.
• Review and evaluate progress on a regular basis.
• Attend IDG meetings and assist office staff with updates as needed.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Job Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health agencies or professionals.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle in good working order.

Compensation

Base Salary: $50,000 – $95,000, plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses.
