Job Summary
Full‑time Community Liaison for the Alexandria, VA area. Responsible for engaging the community and promoting Housecall services, building relationships with health agencies, and generating patient referrals.
- Analyze potential service areas to identify target markets.
- Visit doctors’ offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities and other referral sources to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
- Evaluate the company’s strengths and weaknesses.
- Analyze past and current marketing data and develop sales/marketing objectives.
- Create a marketing plan with priorities and realistic timetable, and implement it within the established timeline.
- Review and evaluate progress on a regular basis.
- Attend IDG meetings and assist office staff with updates as needed.
- Provide community outreach and education.
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health agencies or professionals.
- Organized and detail‑oriented.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Licensed driver with insured vehicle in good working order.
Compensation
Base Salary: $50,000 – $95,000, plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses.
