• Architect and Develop Software: design, develop and deploy robust, scalable and secure full-stack software applications across cloud, on‑prem and edge.
• Lead AI/ML and Data Initiatives: design and implement large‑scale data management platforms and AI/ML models, automate workflows using generative AI and Retrieval Augmented Generation.
• Provide Technical Leadership & Hands‑On Mentorship: lead and mentor engineering teams, conduct code and architecture reviews, drive technical excellence within SAFe Dev Sec Ops .
• Collaborate and Communicate: work with project managers, engineering teams and customers to define requirements, deliver on‑time project deliverables and present demos to stakeholders.
• System Maintenance and Optimization: perform maintenance, troubleshooting and improvement of secure cloud environments and mission‑critical GEOINT software; adopt modern industry standards for build and deployment processes.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 12‑15 years of experience, or Master's degree with 10‑13 years of experience.
• Experience:
  
  5‑7 years of professional experience as a hands‑on developer and technical leader.
• Cloud & Software Engineering: extensive experience with AWS, Kubernetes/Microservice‑based architecture, managed services.
• Languages and Frameworks:
  Java, Python, React, Open Layers, SQL, Git Lab CI/CD.
• Geospatial Analytics: experience with geospatial image processing platforms and analytics.

• Advanced AI/ML
  
  Experience:
  
  strong mathematical background, experience in modeling dynamical systems and Agentic AI workflow automation.
• Data Visualization: skills in creating dynamic, highly interactive dashboards for massive real‑time datasets; GIS, Mapping, Data Visualization.
• Geospatial Knowledge: knowledge of GEOINT data formats (NITF, GeoTIFF, Shape files, KML), OGC standards (WFS/WMTS), and NSG systems.
