Senior Frontend Developer

Pharos Solutions in its Alexandria branch is looking for a  Senior Frontend Developer  with the following requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience as front-end developer.
• Advanced mastery of modern JavaScript (
  ES6+),
  Type Script , and semantic HTML5 / modern CSS (including Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or Styled Components).
• Deep, hands-on production experience with a modern component-based framework—primarily React, Vue.js, or Angular
  , along with modern meta-frameworks like Next.js, or Nuxt
  .
• Extensive experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Pinia) and efficient async data-fetching (e.g., Tan Stack Query, GraphQL/Apollo client).
• Proficient in writing automated tests using frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright
  .
• Strong familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tooling (e.g., Vite, Webpack, Turborepo, CI/CD integrations).
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Attention to details.
• Experience with SignalR (or websocket e.g. socket.io).
• Experience with Docker.
• Familiarity with Kafka/service bus..
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).

• Architecture & State Management: Define and scale client-side architecture, managing complex global states and clean data fetching strategies.
• UI/UX Implementation: Translate high-fidelity designs into clean, responsive, and cross-browser compatible web experiences.
• Performance Engineering: Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and optimal Core Web Vitals (e.g., LCP, CLS, INP).
• Component System Ownership: Build and maintain scalable, reusable UI component systems or design tokens to ensure visual consistency across applications.
• Mentorship & Standards: Advocate for modern frontend best practices, direct code quality via reviews, and establish robust testing strategies (unit, integration, and E2E).
