Belle Haven Country Club | Alexandria, VA Bag Attendant (Seasonal Position)

Belle Haven Country Club, a premier private club in Northern Virginia is seeking motivated, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our Outside Golf Operations team for the upcoming season. Our golf team thrives on anticipating needs, building genuine connections, and elevating the experience for our team, members, and guests. This role is a key part of delivering a seamless and exceptional golf experience through outstanding service, attention to detail, and pride in the operation.

• Greet members and guests with a warm, professional welcome upon arrival
• Assist members and guests with golf bags, including loading and unloading onto carts
• Manage bag drop, bag storage, and club handling with care and efficiency
• Provide club cleaning services and maintain an organized bag storage system
• Prepare and stage golf carts daily, including cleaning, stocking, and returning carts free of debris, towels, and scorecards
• Assist with practice facility setup and upkeep
• Operate range equipment to retrieve golf balls and arrange baskets and range balls according to club standards
• Support daily play, tournaments, and special golf events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, bag room, and staging areas
• Communicate effectively with the Golf Shop, Professional Staff, and fellow team members
• Uphold club standards for service, safety, and professionalism at all times

• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Golf or private club experience is a plus, but not required
