Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Springfield, VA is hiring Drivers. Drivers (NO CDL REQUIRED) safely operate branded automatic transmission air conditioned 18-26-foot moving truck, provide top notch customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings, perform daily truck inspections and complete paperwork with customers.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® offers the latest safety training, equipment, and new trucks. New hires with driver’s license and excellent drivers record will be provided with extensive and paid classroom and on-the-job training to drive a Non-CDL commercial vehicle. All employees are also trained in how to safely lift and move furnishings and boxes.

• Drivers make $19 - $21 per hour, depending on experience.
• TIPS:
  You can earn $200-$300 / weekly per person in tips! (Top Performers can average $4 - $5 extra per hour when including tips)

• Must be at least 21 years to be a driver and clean satisfactory driver’s record, NO CDL REQUIRED.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (100 lbs. or more) all day long while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc
• Strong logic and math skills / Good hand-eye coordination
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional attitude and demeanor
• Experience as a mover, truck driver, general laborer, or warehouse worker helpful.

• Provide top notch customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings.
• Greet customer upon arrival at the location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises.
• Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
• Movers will assist drivers with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory.
• Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection
