Responsible for managing daily hub operations, coordinating shipments, tracking KPIs, and ensuring smooth workflow and service quality in line with Bosta’s standards.

• Receive new pickups closed in Bosta flyers.
• Ensure tracking number written correctly on flyers with marker by couriers.
• Receive shipments (new pickups) on the system and add tracking numbers to the “Receiving Pickups” sheet.
• Arrange day‑to‑day dispatch of shipments and sort shipments based on delivery addresses.
• Add cash collection and refund shipments to couriers’ routes; send routes directly to the Stars app.
• Receive undelivered shipments on the system and in the productivity sheet as well.
• Obtain receiver’s signature and IDs on delivered shipments with Zero Cod.
• Get hard copies of returned shipments signed by the business.
• Monitor Stars Wallets and ensure daily deposit of collected COD amounts.
• Make verification calls on undelivered or “Canceled” shipments daily.
• Cancel refused shipments in the system.
• Transfer canceled orders exceeding 24‑hour holding period to sorting facility team via “Transfer to Hub.”
• Send handover emails to sorting facility team including total number of transferred shipments, seal number, tracking numbers, and status of shipments.
• Perform related duties as required.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics field, e‑commerce or shipping industry.
• Only graduates are eligible for this role.
