Class A drivers with 3 months of verifiable experience (local, regional or OTR) will run a dedicated regional account that is home every other day for 10 hours and weekly for 34 hours.

The role offers a weekly pay of $1,650–$2,000+ plus $2,200+ for top drivers, averaging an annual pay of $80K–$115K before taxes. Drivers earn mileage pay ranging from $0.60 to $0.73 CPM based on experience and receive $250 per trailer unload. The average driver unloads three trailers weekly, earning an additional $125.

Drivers may have a rider and a pet from day one, although they must not ride with the driver while the train is on the account.

During training, drivers are paid $150/day and train for 2-5 days on the account before running independently.

Full benefits including health, dental, PTO, vision, and 401K start after 30 days. A $2,500 Sign On Bonus is paid over the first six months.

• Run VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV regions, staying home every other day for a 10-hour reset and weekly for a 34-hour time.
• End-of-day balance 86K to 104K while managing a dedicated account.
• Be home at least one day during the weekend, typically staying away 500 miles from home.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards.

• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months.
• No major at-fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years, including any injury, jackknife, or rollover.
• No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 major or minor accidents in the last 2 years combined.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last year.
• If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before considered.
