Overview
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus | Semi-Local CDL-A
Looking for a steady semi-local route with frequent home time? Join our team and enjoy competitive pay, consistent miles, and performance bonuses.
What We Offer- Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300
- Top Earners: Up to $2,000 weekly
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus paid in installments over 6 months
- Performance Pay: $265 per full trailer unload; $125 weekly bonus after completing 3 or more loads; $35 for every backhaul
- Home 3–4 times each week
- Touch freight with live unloads
- Average 1,500 miles weekly
- 1–6 delivery stops per trailer
- Paid Ride-Along Training: 1 week at $150/day
- Routes cover Virginia, North Carolina, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, and West Virginia within a 700-mile radius of Front Royal, VA
- At least 3 months of CDL-A experience
- Ability to pass a hair follicle drug screen
- Clean MVR
- No SAP drivers
- Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
