- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet visitors and connect them with the appropriate department or individual
- Accept, sort, and distribute business mail and other correspondence
- Communicate with administration via email and assist with general office support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a front-desk environment
- Strong attention to confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods throughout the workday
