Maintenance Electrician

We are seeking to recruit a proven Maintenance Electrician to join an established team of 14 within a busy, fast paced manufacturing plant that supplies its products globally.
The maintenance team is truly valued as being integral to achieving business targets, and they collectively strive for maximum plant efficiency by combining a reactive approach (fixing problems as they occur) with a proactive one (preventing problems before they happen), and they do it well, so if you’d like to be part of that, this role could be for you.
In return for your Maintenance skills and experience, we offer for the Maintenance Electrician:
 
* Salary - £53,482 including shift allowance
 
* 3-shift (40-hour week)

Along with holding a time served, Electrical maintenance apprenticeship. The Maintenance Electrician will need a minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent along with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations is desirable. Some key responsibilities include:
 
* Electrical Maintenance & Fault Finding – Strong ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults in industrial machinery.
 
* Motor Control Systems – Knowledge of AC/DC motors, inverters, and servo drives.
 
* Industrial Wiring & Circuitry – Competence in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
 
* Pneumatics & Hydraulics – Understanding of their integration with electrical systems.
 
* Control Panel Wiring & Maintenance – Ability to troubleshoot and maintain control panels and electrical enclosures.
The role of Maintenance Electrician is commutable from Derby, Nottingham, Mansfield, and Chesterfield.
