The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Financial Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to the finance team. This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, comfortable working with numbers, and enjoys keeping information accurate and organized behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
  • Enter and update client and financial information into company systems
  • Prepare and organize financial documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Assist with processing invoices, payments, and account information
  • Maintain accurate client records and confidential documentation
  • Help prepare spreadsheets and financial summaries
  • Verify information and research discrepancies when needed
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
  • Communicate with clients and internal departments to obtain missing information
  • Monitor incoming paperwork and ensure documents are routed appropriately
  • Support the finance team with additional administrative projects as needed
Requirements
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Strong comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and detailed information
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stay organized in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional and dependable with the ability to handle sensitive financial information
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a finance-focused environment
  • Previous internship, office, finance, or customer service experience is a plus
