Demolition Estimator

Rezzar Demolition, LLC is a licensed demolition contractor specializing in selective interior, industrial, commercial, and heavy civil demolition projects. Our highly trained union workforce is cross‑trained in equipment operations, burning techniques, and material handling to provide versatile and efficient services. This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Chief Estimator located in Algonquin, IL. The Chief Estimator will oversee the preparation of cost estimates for various demolition projects, evaluate project bids, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to optimize the bid process. Responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, developing accurate cost assessments, managing subcontractor pricing, and ensuring that cost projections align with project goals.

The role demands hands‑on leadership and collaboration with project managers and field operations to achieve project success.

• Strong skills in Cost Estimation, Bid Preparation, and Budget Analysis
• Proficiency in Construction/ Demolition Processes, Regulations, and Safety Standards
• Proven ability in Project Management, Scheduling, and Resource Allocation
• Proficiency in Analytical Tools, Microsoft Excel, and Estimation Software
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership Skills
• Attention to Detail and Problem‑Solving Abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in estimating, with a focus on demolition or construction
• Knowledge and application of innovative technologies such as AI is a plus
