Position Overview
Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates with opportunities across multiple departments, building skills in customer service, safety management, communication, and more. Candidates can apply for any of the following part‑time roles:
- Court Monitor (Safety Crew)
- Café Associate
- Party Host
- Front Desk
- Membership Sales
Prior work experience is not required; an application is required to be considered.
ResponsibilitiesAll crew members work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.
QualificationsMust be 16 years of age or older.
Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Prior experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role is ideal but not required; customer-service or sales experience is a bonus.
Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
Physical RequirementsRemain stationary and move around the park for long periods to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs.
Lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds.
Communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy, often loud indoor environment.
CompensationStarts at $15.00 per hour, up to $16.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
