Fit Fusion is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to welcome members, check in guests, and support daily front desk operations at our Algonquin gym. You will engage members, promote memberships and services, and help create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.
This role emphasizes customer service, effective communication, and the ability to balance sales with guest experience. Prior gym or service experience is preferred; CPR/AED certification may be required within 30 days of hire.
