As a General Dentist Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dental care to our patients and supporting the overall success of our dental practice. Responsibilities- Diagnose and effectively treat a variety of dental conditions, including cavities and gum disease.
- Conduct routine dental examinations, cleanings, and preventive treatments to promote oral health.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Interpret diagnostic images, such as X-rays, to assess oral health and identify potential issues.
- Work closely with our dedicated dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other team members to provide seamless care.
- Partner with specialists for complex cases and facilitate referrals as needed.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and clinical notes are maintained.
- Adhere to relevant regulations and standards for dental practice.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in dentistry and engage in continuous learning opportunities.
- Participate in continuing education programs to enhance your skills and maintain licensure.
- Communicate treatment plans, procedures, and post‑operative care instructions to patients clearly and effectively.
- Address patient concerns and inquiries with professionalism and compassion.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols rigorously.
- Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence and ethical conduct at all times.
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Previous experience in a general dentistry practice is preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical skills in various general dentistry procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team members.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to delivering quality patient care.
- Demonstrated professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
