• Provide direct services to deaf and hard‑of‑hearing students, delivering specialized instruction and interventions aligned with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP).
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and specialists to develop and implement academic and social support strategies for students with hearing impairments.
• Maintain accurate records of all services, assessments, and interventions in compliance with IEP goals and state regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise on accommodations, assistive technology, and instructional modifications.

• Professional Educator’s License (PEL) with endorsement for teaching students with hearing impairments.
• Proficiency with school‑based technology.
• Fluent signer of American Sign Language (ASL).
• Experience teaching or working with deaf and hard‑of‑hearing students is preferred.
