OverviewAs part of both our presenter and in‑school services teams, you will have the unique opportunity to showcase your expertise through the presentation of engaging full‑day workshops and by providing invaluable consultative services in schools. You will play a pivotal role in empowering educators to understand functions of behavior and how to implement research‑based interventions practically and effectively. Your work will directly contribute to improving the lives of those you coach and the students they support.

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Licensed Behavior Analyst certification in the state of Illinois required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
- Resilience and commitment towards your role and responsibilities to present high‑quality Professional Development
- Strong desire to connect with Educators, strong "social battery"
- Willingness to travel for pre‑planned, scheduled workshops
- Workshop Presenter:
- Use applied behavioral analysis to tailor our comprehensive workshop content to meet the needs of participants and optimize participant engagement, knowledge retention and skill acquisition.
- Foster a collaborative and interactive learning environment that encourages active participation and skill development.
- Drive to districts throughout Illinois
- In‑School BCBA Consultant:
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to school staff to facilitate the successful implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, analyze data, and make data‑driven decisions to optimize student outcomes and coach school teams on function‑based recommendations for individual student needs.
- Flexibility!!! Enjoy the freedom to design your schedule and allocate your time according to your priorities. Workshop dates are scheduled well in advance, so you have the flexibility to plan the rest of your week/month as you see fit! This role only necessitates that the BCBA support in schools for ~15 hours per week and conduct an average of 3 workshops per month (some months have less, some have more- depending on bookings).
