Service Technician​/Advisor - Seasonal Part-Time

Job Description

As a Trek Service Technician/Advisor, the role involves troubleshooting and repairing various bicycles on the spot, installing accessories, building relationships with customers, and representing the department when the Service Manager is unavailable. This position supports the Service Manager and provides hands‑on experience with new models before they reach the sales floor.

The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated team player with outstanding hospitality skills, strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities. A passion for learning about bicycle maintenance and the willingness to adapt to new technologies are essential.
