Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Algonquin, Illinois, for a Loan Officer. The Loan Officer will assist clients in obtaining residential loans by evaluating financial status, assessing creditworthiness, and guiding clients throughout the mortgage process.

Responsibilities include understanding loan programs, gathering necessary documentation, coordinating with underwriting and processing teams, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions of loan applications.

Providing a high level of customer service and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations will be central to this role.

Qualifications
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking
  • Experience in loan origination, loan officers, and understanding of various loan programs
  • Knowledge of finance and expertise in underwriting processes
  • Strong customer service skills to support and guide clients through the mortgage process
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with financial regulations, state, and federal mortgage laws
  • Proficiency in mortgage‑related software and tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus
