Salon Coordinator

Sport Clips is looking for an energetic and motivated Salon Coordinator to join our team! This position is ideal for someone currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school who is more than halfway through their program and looking to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced salon environment.

If you’re passionate about the beauty industry, love working with people, and want to build experience while completing school, we’d love to meet you.

• Welcome clients and create a positive first impression from the moment they walk in
• Answer phones, assist with scheduling, and help manage client flow
• Support the salon team to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Assist with retail sales and product recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment
• Help with laundry, sanitation, stocking, station prep, and general salon upkeep
• Participate in local marketing and social media efforts
• Learn Sport Clips systems, customer service standards, and salon operations through ongoing training

• Currently enrolled in cosmetology or barber school and at least halfway through your program
• Passion for the hair industry and eagerness to grow your career
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment
  
  Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
