• Room patients and take vital signs
• Assist providers during exams and in-office procedures
• Perform injections, suture removal, and clinical support tasks
• Keep daily patient flow running efficiently
• Train and mentor new Medical Assistants
• Accurately document in EMR systems (Mod Med preferred)
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized clinical spaces
• Deliver excellent patient care and service

• Medical Assistant experience required (CCMA, RMA, or equivalent preferred)
• 5+ years of experience strongly preferred
• Previous leadership or team lead experience
• Comfortable using EMR systems (Mod Med, eCW, Epic)
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Experience in surgical or procedural clinics is a plus
• Interest in building a long-term career

• $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
