• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.

• Current Illinois state license in good standing with the State License Board.
• Experience providing physical therapy services in school settings preferred. Experience with IEP development and school‑based documentation required.
• Client requirement: experience working with elementary (ES), middle (MS), and high school (HS) populations across self‑contained and general education environments.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

• Provide physical therapy services within a school‑based setting across ES, MS, and HS programs.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments, contribute to or develop IEPs, and deliver goal‑aligned therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, school teams, parents, and related service providers to support student outcomes.
• Maintain compliant documentation according to district, state, and federal guidelines.
• Support transition planning and progress reporting as required by the district.
