What You Will Do:
New patient evaluation and follow up visits with ongoing POC management
Complete all documentation in a timely manner
Actively participate in In-House Continuing Education presentations
Participate in marketing activities, as needed
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications- Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois
- One year experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, required
USD $40.00 - USD $45.00 /Hr.
