• Current or eligible Illinois state licensure required
• Accepting SLPs with CCC, CFY, or robust school‑based experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to K‑12 students
• Administer assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and track student progress
• Participate in regular collaboration sessions, monthly meetings, and roundtable discussions
• Engage in annual performance reviews and process improvement initiatives
• Connect with colleagues across the region via a dynamic intranet for support and knowledge‑sharing
• Utilize readily available equipment and testing materials
