Qualifications and Experience- Current or eligible Illinois state licensure required
- Accepting SLPs with CCC, CFY, or robust school‑based experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in working collaboratively and participating in process improvement
- Dedication to providing quality, student‑centered services
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to K‑12 students
- Administer assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and track student progress
- Participate in regular collaboration sessions, monthly meetings, and roundtable discussions
- Engage in annual performance reviews and process improvement initiatives
- Connect with colleagues across the region via a dynamic intranet for support and knowledge‑sharing
- Utilize readily available equipment and testing materials
