Qualifications- Bachelor s Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
- IL OT license
- Previous school experience or experience in pediatrics is preferred; fieldwork counts
- Mentorship available for new grads, training and support throughout your assignment
As an OT, you will support students in school settings by assessing their needs, developing individualized plans, and implementing interventions to help them succeed academically, socially, and physically. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.

Elementary and Middle School:
Resource, self-contained
- Assess students motor, sensory, and functional abilities to identify areas of need and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions in accordance with students IEPs, helping them achieve academic and developmental goals.
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to create supportive learning environments tailored to students unique needs.
- Contribute to the development of IEPs by offering insights on motor development, sensory needs, and appropriate accommodations or modifications.
