• Base salary: $82,000 - $110,000 depending on experience
• Therapist-friendly quarterly bonuses up to $11,500 annually

The Physical Therapist positions under general direction of the Facility Manager focus on providing superior outpatient rehabilitation services through a collaborative care model with physicians to optimize performance and enhance quality of function for patients.

• Exceptional patient care
• Interpret physician orders, perform initial evaluations, establish treatment plans and functional goals
• Upgrade and amend treatment goals as necessary during episode of care
• Write documentation on patient status to physicians per compliance guidelines
• Determine appropriate discharge timeline and follow-up
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians, patient care and administrative staff as needed
• Complete daily paperwork (initial evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, discharges, HEP)
• Stay current with billing policies and demonstrate ethical billing practices
• Maintain active state license by earning CEUs through outside courses and IBJI educational opportunities
• Develop positive relationships with physician teams
• Participate in programs sponsored by IBJI: mentoring, clinical education, special interest groups, community outreach

• Graduate from accredited physical therapy program
• Licensed or eligible to sit for boards in the state of Illinois
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift greater than 25 pounds
• Good understanding of proper body mechanics for lifting, pulling, pushing
• Ability to stand and sit for sequences of time greater than 30 minutes
• Ability to work on a computer for lengthy periods during the day
