The right candidate will be organized, dependable, clinically confident, and comfortable working side by side with physicians, medical assistants, front desk, billing, and management.

What You’ll Do

Own the Clinical Flow:
Room patients, prepare charts, update histories, document visit information, and help keep the clinic moving efficiently throughout the day.

Support Providers Directly:
Assist physicians during exams, procedures, wound care, injections, casting, splinting, DME dispensing, and other in‑office treatments.

Take Accurate Clinical Information:
Take vitals, review medications, obtain medical histories, confirm the reason for visit, and document accurately in the EMR.

Command the EMR:
Use Mod Med EMR and other technology platforms to document visits, input clinical data, prepare orders, upload forms, and support follow‑up tasks.

Prepare and Maintain Exam Rooms:
Clean, stock, and prepare rooms between patients while keeping supplies, instruments, and equipment organized.

Educate Patients with Clarity:
Reinforce provider instructions, explain treatment plans, review next steps, and help patients feel informed and comfortable.

Maintain HIPAA‑Compliant Documentation:
Ensure clinical documentation is accurate, timely, organized, and compliant with privacy requirements.

Coordinate with the Team:
Work closely with physicians, front desk, billing, and management to support patient flow, scheduling, DME, procedures, and follow‑up care.

Elevate the Patient

Experience:

Communicate clearly, anticipate patient needs, and help create a calm, professional, and caring environment from start to finish.

Improve the Process:
Spot inefficiencies, communicate issues early, and help improve clinical workflows as the practice grows.
