LCS Senior Living - 2001 West Algonquin Road - Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care tasks including dressing, grooming, mobility, bathing, incontinence care, foot care, and vital signs per policy;
Assist residents at mealtime and coordinate with kitchen staff to address resident needs;
Provide resident engagement and activities as planned and/or directed;
Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly to ensure residents receive appropriate help;
Complete accurate documentation for shift assignments and comply with regulations and policies
