Position: NOW HIRING: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (Spanish-speaking) to join our team for the  school year. This is an excellent opportunity to support students in school-based settings while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.

The selected clinicians will provide speech-language services, conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings as part of a comprehensive special education team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech-language assessments and evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements.
  • Support bilingual Spanish-speaking students and families as needed.
Qualifications Required
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language endorsement.
  • Illinois State Speech-Language Pathology License (IDFPR).
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
Preferred
  • Previous school-based experience.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
