LCS Senior Living - 2001 West Algonquin Road - Responsibilities:
Support resident health by giving them high-quality assistance with personal care tasks including dressing & laundry, grooming, mobility, bathing, shaving, incontinence care, foot care, checking vital signs, and height and weight checks per policy.;
Assist residents at mealtime by encouraging their dining, assisting them with their food, and partnering with kitchen staff to address resident needs.;
Support resident engagement and mental health by providing activities as planned and/or directed.;
Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly to ensure residents receive appropriate help.;
Communicate with residents and their families in a positive way that inspires confidence and security.
