Geode Health in the greater Algonquin area is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to diagnose, treat, and provide psychotherapy across the spectrum of mental health conditions. You will work with an integrated care team to coordinate care and respond to crises as needed.
We offer a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days telehealth, flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, CME time off and reimbursement, and full medical/dental/vision coverage.
