Our company is looking for a Digital Strategy Specialist to revamp our marketing strategy. We work within the food packaging industry with some of the most well-loved products on the market. 1 in 5 Americans have a food product in their pantries that we designed and manufactured the packaging for! Your job as our Digital Strategy Specialist will be crucial to increasing and expanding our audience, drawing in more valued clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, Linked In, and email to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Design, Sales, and Product teams to ensure digital marketing aligns with broader business goals and product launches.
• Drive SEO strategy and execution to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
• Monitor digital trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep our strategy sharp and competitive.
• Utilize digital content metrics to optimize performance of marketing campaigns.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit graphics, videos, ads, and other marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preference given to Marketing, Communications, or related majors.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar Marketing or Digital Strategy role.
• Strong experience using Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and InDesign.
• Can provide samples of writing/content.
• Basic knowledge of SEO.
