- Lifting up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Illinois food safety certification within 30 days
- Train, coach, develop all shop team members
- Assess staff abilities, implement development plans
- Interview, select and hire great people representing values
- Maintain Good Vibes culture
- Schedule associates, trainers, shift leaders
- Update communication board
- Hold regular meetings with key
- Delegate tasks to team and ensure high execution standards
- Follow security procedures
- Follow back-of-house procedural standards
- Count drawers, daily cash handling
- Drive neighborhood marketing and promotions
- Control cost of goods and inventory variances
- Create local marketing plan
- Control assigned P&L line items
- Spend 80-90% on shop floor front of house
- Prioritize while running shift
- Comply with health and safety standards
- Handle customer complaints/issues
- Other duties as assigned
