Direct the daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning for shipping and receiving;
Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse (shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory control);
Maintain warehouse safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance; ensure safe, efficient equipment;
Ensure associates are trained and following standard operating procedures; manage disciplinary process;
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations; complete activity reports and resolve discrepancies
