Team Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

Job Summary

Greet guests with a smile, quickly and accurately take their order and payment. Inside and outside (Drive-Up) positions available. Take phone orders or catering orders to help guests plan their special events. Serve completed orders by calling out numbers with a rhyme. Prepare food to our high‑quality standards and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace. Cook food to order, including Italian Beef, burgers, hot dogs, fries, and more.

Follow provided recipes and uphold the Portillo’s standard. Ensure proper sanitation practices are in place. Create fresh, made‑to‑order salads following the recipes and maintain a clean workspace.

• Base pay: $15.75 per hour.
• Additional $2 per hour for all hours worked after 11pm.
• Additional $2 per hour when working outside in temperatures below 33°F.
