Job Title

Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Compensation

Base Pay: $55,000 - $70,500 annually.

Additional Compensation:
Uncapped bonus program, referral bonuses, Employee Stock Purchase Program.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day‑to‑day operations.
  • Uphold company standards and oversee cost centers.
  • Create memorable experiences for Guests and Team Members.
  • Champion the restaurant culture and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the Brand ambassador and second‑in‑charge.
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience.
  • Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to inspire and develop a passionate team.
  • Strong P&L knowledge.
  • Capability to obtain required certifications or permits as required by state or local law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Knowledge of local and state health codes (preferred).
  • Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules.
  • Experience managing a team.
