Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service.
Describe menu items and answer any questions guests may have.
Take orders and payments accurately at the cashier counter and in the drive‑through.
Work with a sense of urgency to keep long lines moving smoothly.
Serve as a team player by helping and serving team members and guests.
Pass out food orders to guests while ensuring order numbers are correct.
Take catering and take‑out orders over the phone, confirm accuracy, accept payment, serve alcoholic beverages (must be 21), and assist guests in planning special events.
Compensation and Benefits- Base pay: $15.75 per hour.
- Additional $2 per hour for hours worked after 11pm.
- $2 per hour for work in temperatures below 33°F outside.
