• Preparing and serving beer, cocktails, shots, and other beverages with precision and flair.
• Providing friendly, attentive service to every guest, ensuring they feel at home.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Handling cash and credit card transactions responsibly and efficiently.
• Monitoring guest alcohol consumption and adhering to responsible-service standards.
• Collaborating with servers, kitchen staff, and management to deliver a seamless experience.
• Helping create a welcoming, energetic, and fun environment for all.

• At least 3 years of bartending experience.
• A friendly, outgoing personality and comfort in engaging with guests.
• Dependability and the ability to thrive as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills to handle the pace of a busy bar.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The ability to meet all legal age and alcohol-service requirements.
