What You Bring to the Team5–10+ years of leadership experience where you’ve led teams and delivered results.

Experience managing a store or large department — retail preferred but not required.

You’ve grown from the inside — promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus.

Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments.

Minimum Qualifications High School Graduate or equivalent

Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task Creative thinking
