Position OverviewThe Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations. This role includes supervising employees, assisting customers and vendors, and executing managerial directives. You will help ensure exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and uphold company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily store operations and assist the Store Manager
- Supervise and motivate retail staff
- Ensure outstanding customer service for shoppers and vendors
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
- Enforce store policies, procedures, and operational controls
- Assist with space rentals and vendor relations
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Minimum 3+ years of retail experience required
- At least 1 year in a managerial or assistant managerial role
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong sales and customer service knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- People-focused and team-oriented
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
