European Wax Center in Algonquin, IL is seeking a Lead Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. You will assist in training Guest Service Associates, greet guests, promote services, and rebook to meet sales goals.
Educate guests on our exclusive product line, manage front-desk operations, and maintain a clean, high-energy center environment. Evening/weekend availability and prior retail/beauty experience are a plus.
