Job Summary

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and explain product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and improve customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up.
• Assist customers with interpreting account statements, processing payments, and making service changes.
• Promote Comcast/Xfinity products and maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures to ensure a professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store constantly.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, customer‑focused, and teamwork abilities.
• Technical knowledge of Comcast products and services is preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma / GED.

Base Pay: $17.05 per hour. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.74 per hour. Eligible for commission or bonus according to plan terms.
